Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all US addresses via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express and UPS. Estimated delivery times by region:

• European Union & UK: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 7–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
• Asia: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. EU buyers: as a US-based seller below the EU VAT threshold, prices shown do not include VAT — your local customs authority may assess import VAT upon delivery.
